Duties: |
| Responsibilities for this position include: supervise, train and inspect the day to day operation and performance of all restaurant staff in addition to producing profit and loss statements and budgets. Hours may vary , but will primarily be between 2:30pm and 1:00am , including weekends. |
Qualifications: |
| Candidate must possess a minimum of 2 years restaurant management experience (preferably in a Steak House environment), superior knowledge of wines and managing of a wine list, the ability to provide strong leadership and an engaging personality to assist in creating a memorable guest experience and generate repeat business. |
