Description: |
| To provide direction to guest service staff and greet and escort guests around resort property. |
Duties: |
| To provide leadership to the guest service staff and transport guests throughout areas of the property in a courteous and efficient manner. Additional responsibilities include handling of luggage and informing guests of resort facilities/amenities. |
Qualifications: |
| Successful candidate must have previous hotel and supervisory experience, excellent communication skills & extensive customer service backgrond Valid drivers license with 1 year clean driving record required. |
