Duties: |
This is an exceptional opportunity for an Executive Director who possesses a commitment to resident-centered care philosophy. In this position, you will have responsibility for all operations of the community. You will supervise and work closely with a dedicated staff and have protocols to improve resident care. The Cascades is a for-profit senior living CCRC community in Greenville, SC. Some of the many duties involved for the Executive Director will include:
• Driving the service culture for residents and staff
• Providing strong leadership to department heads and team members
• Overseeing budget to meet financial goals
• Recruitment of staff
• Building strong community relations

Qualifications: |
Qualified candidates must have proven leadership skills, strong communication and problem solving skills, proficient in MS office products, and meet SC state licensing requirements. At least 3 years leadership experience in a CCRC is preferred.
