Rancho Bernardo Inn Golf Resort & Spa is a Legendary Southern California Golf Resort and Conference Center specializing in providing Guests with the Perfect Guest Experience.
The Rancho Bernardo Inn is currently in need of qualified AV Manager to oversee the AV staff and ensure efficent and professional equipment set-up and operation. Will oversee all aspects of on site management of guest events such as conferences weddings and company events. |
Duties: |
Responsible for hiring, training and discipline of AV staff. Able to maintain highest possible level of morale and department productivity.
Manage and prepare departmental budget and control expenditures.
Participate in MOD program and attend hotel functions as directed.
Bid as needed for all major vendor supplies required for departmental operations.

Qualifications: |
Must have at least 5 plus years experience.
Flexibility in schedule: nights, weekends and holidays may be required.
Sales and customer service oriented.
