The Doubletree Hotel and Executive Meeting Center, Portland ~ Lloyd Center, a full-service, 477 room property, is hiring for a Restaurant Manager!
Duties:
Position Description: Administers, directs and controls the smooth, friendly and efficient operation of the restaurant, lounge, and room service discipline.
Qualifications:
Requirements: Minimum 2 years restaurant leadership, food service & training experience. Must be available 7 days/wk as needed, generally between 5:30 am & 1am. Proven leadership, teambuilding skills and a positive/productive/fresh/and enthusiastic attitude needed. Candidate for this position must feel comfortable ensuring restaurant compliance with health department standards and have solid knowledge of, and be able to promote job specific safety standards. Must have valid Food Handler's and OLCC cards prior to start of employment. Must have hospitality-focused qualities and a courteous demeanor.
