Rancho Bernardo Inn Golf Resort & Spa is a Legendary Southern California Golf Resort and Conference Center specializing in providing Guests with the Perfect Guest Experience.
The essential function of the Snack Bar/Beverage Cart Attendant is to prepare and serve food and beverages at the hotel café/ snack bar and beverage cart.
Position is located at the Rancho Bernardo Inn.

Duties: |
•To provide prompt, efficient and gracious service to all café, snack bar and café guests, including preparing food, beverages and snacks as ordered, bussing tables and giving correct change for cash transactions.
•To correctly open and or close the snack bar according to specified procedures.
•To cook as needed using the barbeque, grill or fryer.
•To follow all specified procedures to correctly handle all cash, and credit transactions and to make daily deposits at the end of each closing shift.
•To maintain at all times an adequate stock of food, beverages, and supplies to accommodate business needs.
•To sweep and mop the café area and vacuum the dining area as needed.
•To meet Department of Health regulation standards in the performance of all job tasks.

Qualifications: |
Must be customer service oriented, outgoing and personable and work well with others.
Prior Experience is recommended, but not required.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
