Description: |
| Under the direction on the Maintenance manager, provides maintenance work throughout the hotel. Repairs electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance of the physical plant. May paint, clean, wall paper guestrooms and common areas. Must be reliable and willing to work weekends. Experience preferred |
Duties: |
| Repairs, replaces and maintains all areas of the physical plant, including kitchen areas, pool and spa, guest rooms and other maintenance needs. Must be able to work weekends. |
Qualifications: |
| Previous hotel maintenance or building maintenance experience preferred. Must be hard working, be able to handle all physical aspects of the job, dependable and have a friendly personality when assisting guests or working with others. Must be a self starter and be motivated to do the job. |
