Be part of a friendly team. We are looking for people with contagious smiles, who are friendly, kind, dedicated, dependable, energetic, and team players. They must have at least TWO FULL YEARS of experience as a server in a fine-dining restaurant.
We offer a unique environment, smoke-free and alcohol-free in elegant surroundings next to world-famous Temple Square. This person must be available for the day shift, which is 10:00 AM to 4:30 PM. The applicant must be available to work Monday through Saturday, but will be scheduled about three times a week.

Duties: |
The work is fast-paced with lots going on at once. An applicant must be available year round to be considered for this job. The Garden Restaurant is cross trained. This means that the person hired for the server job will also do shifts, at the discretion of the manager. as a greeter and as an assistant server.

Qualifications: |
Team members will be enthusiastic about guest service, flexible in outlook, adaptable to change, motivated, and enjoy working in a team environment. They must be able to move items weighing 40 pounds and to carry a tray over the shoulder weighing up to 40 pounds. Successful applicants will be expected to obtain a valid food handler permit. Meticulous grooming; pleasant manner and attitude; able to communicate with guests in excellent English; outstanding interpersonal skills. Must abide by Temple Square Hospitality's 100% smoke-free policy.
TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS JOB, you will need to come to a Group Informational Interview. This will take about 30 minutes and is done according to the following schedule:

These will be held on the 9th floor of the Joseph Smith Memorial Building which is on the Northeast corner of South Temple and Main Street.
We do have plenty of parking at City Creek Parking, which is a ramp going under the ground in the center of the street on South Temple. You do have to be traveling west, on South Temple between State Street and Main Street to enter. At the bottom of the ramp, turn right to enter the parking for the Joseph Smith Memorial Building. We will validate for you.
