The Rancho Bernardo Inn is preparing for summer season and is in need of an experienced bartender to join our team.
We are looking for someone who has outstanding customer service skills and is passionate about the hospitality industry. We strive to offer our guests a memorable experience when they visit our resort. We aren't just any resort and you will want to work for us.

Duties: |
Ensure timely and professional service of beverages to hotel bar and banquet guests.
Become completely familiar with company beverage line, drink recipes and prices.
Maintain an adequate stock of clean bar glassware.
Review and verify previous shifts inventory at the beginning of every shift.
Proper handling of all cash to include: signing paid-out sheet for tips; ring all drinks through Micros; maintain adequate cash; give correct transactions; accurate processing of credit card vouchers.

Qualifications: |
Must have extensive drink and beverage knowledge. Show creativity and be able to contribute to our beverage program. Must have attention to detail and strong work ethic.
