The Rancho Bernardo Inn is in need of a Cocktail Server who will ensure timely and professional service of beverages to hotel bar restaurant and banquet guests.
Looking for someone who is customer service oriented to and can provide gracious and prompt service.

Duties: |
To provide accurate information regarding beverage line and prices; clearing and resetting tables in service areas; taking and serving beverage orders; and opening, closing, and presenting guest checks.
Restock bar supplies; assist bartender, maintain proper supplies are order at guest table etc.
Proper handling of all cash to include: signing paid-out sheet for tips; ring all drinks in Micros; maintain adequate cash; give correct transactions; accurate processing of credit card vouchers.

Qualifications: |
Must be customer service oriented, outgoing and personable and work well with others.
Prior Experience is recommended.
