The Rancho Bernardo Inn is in need of two Cocktail Servers who will ensure timely and professional service of beverages to hotel bar restaurant and banquet guests.

Duties: |
To provide accurate information regarding beverage line and prices; clearing and resetting tables in service areas; taking and serving beverage orders; and opening, closing, and presenting guest checks.
Restock bar supplies; assist bartender, maintain proper supplies are order at guest table etc.
Proper handling of all cash to include: signing paid-out sheet for tips; ring all drinks in Micros; maintain adequate cash; give correct transactions; accurate processing of credit card vouchers.

Qualifications: |
Must be customer service oriented, outgoing and personable and work well with others.
Prior Experience is recommended.
Must be able to thrive in a fast paced working environment.
