Great opportunity for a Cash Manager to be a vital part of this year's Centennial Cherry Blossom Festival! We are in search of a customer service driven, responsible, and trustworthy individual to assist us with monitoring and troubleshooting cash flow for this special event March 20th-April 27th. Our business is weather dependent, so the individual we hire must be flexible with the hours scheduled and be ready for anything that may come up. Previous cash handling experience in a retail or food service environment in a retail or food service environment is a must.

Major Responsibilities include:
- Overall operation of the front of the house and cashiers.
- Guest satisfaction.
- Administrative functions as pertaining to cash handling, customer service, food presentation, sanitation and staff management.

- Cash handling, front of the house staff and food presentation.
- Employee scheduling, skills training, and progressive discipline.
- Assure excellent guest service and satisfaction.
- Maintain Company policies and procedures.
Our qualified candidate will have:
-Prior sales experience operating a cash register.
-Must be at least 18 years of age.
-Excellent communication skills required.
-Ability to make quick decisions and manage multiple priorities at the same time.
-Ability to remain flexible in order to adapt to changing work environments.
