Description: |
This is an outstanding opportunity for an individual possessing strong food and beverage experience with the goal of created an unprecedented guest experience and maximizing profits.
Saddlebrook’s expansive & diverse food and beverage operation consists of a variety of dining and entertainment experiences, from casual to comfortably elegant restaurants with their own distinctive motif and menus, to a lounge, numerous bars and a high volume banquet operation servicing over 95,000 square feet of flexible function space.

Duties: |
Essential job functions include, but are not limited to, the following:
-Assisting with the direction and organization of all food and beverage departments including banquets & outlets while maintaining a high standard of food and beverage quality and service.
-Responsible for the hiring, training, supervision, scheduling, development and coaching of food and beverage team members in accordance with applicable resort policies and procedures.
-Demonstration of positive leadership characteristics that inspire Team Members to exceed standards.
-Implementation of effective controls of food, beverage and labor among departments and monitoring food and beverage budgets to ensure efficient operation and that expenditures stay within budget limitations.
-Mentoring department managers in their professional growth and development including establishing and achieving pre-determined standards in food quality and service and profit objectives.

Qualifications: |
Successful candidates must possess previous progressive food and beverage management experience in a large/ upscale environment including a minimum of three (3) years high-volume banquet expertise, the ability to multi-task & work effectively with minimal supervision under time constraints and deadlines, strong organization and leadership skills, an eye for detail, focus on training and development and exceptional guest service abilities.
