Description: |
Provides food and beverage service to Wildhorse customers in gaming areas. This is a Class III games and certain age restrictions will apply.

Duties: |
1.Ensure customer satisfaction and casino play through prompt, efficient and friendly service.
2.Greets each customer, politely offering complementary drinks or taking food service orders.
3.Retrieve drink orders from the snackbar and promptly delivers to customer.
4.Provide knowledgeable service of menu items and efficiently take food orders.
5.Enter food orders on computer and when order is ready, promptly deliver food and drink to customer.
6.Deliver food and drink orders, accept payment for non-complimentary orders and handles payment with the appropriate cashier.
7.Ensures that all foodstuff is handled in a healthful manner, following the guidelines of the food handler's training at all times.
8.Maintains a neat, clean gaming area, by removing used food/beverage containers promptly.
9.Make continual rounds throughout the gaming areas to ensure food and beverage service is maintained.
10.Promote internal guest service standards through courteous and respectful behavior.
11.Constantly maintains a clean, efficient work area, wiping spills, re-plenishing condiments and when able, assisting with snackbar service and maintenance.
12.Comply with regulatory laws, PP&P, department policy and procedures, safety codes, etc.
13.Promotes a clean, safe and healthy work environment for employees and guest. Promptly reports all concerns to Supervisor.
14.Ensure that operation of equipment, tools and materials are handled in a safe manner.
15.Other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications: |
1.Six months experience in customer service/hospitality industry.
2.Food Handlers Certificate completion within 30 days of hire.
3.Effective communication skills - verbally able to provide instruction, respond to questions, and have exceptional interpersonal skills and abilities.
4.Physically fit: able to stand/walk for long periods of time, carry food items and able to lift or carry 50 lbs.
5.Ability to work in a smoke filled, noisy environment.
6.Excellent personal hygiene and appearance.
7.Requires a High Security Gaming License clearance and at least 21 years of age.
