| POSITION SUMMARY: This is a seasonal position from May 3 to Oct 15. Perform a variety of duties including but not limited to: cashiering, washing dishes, loading and unloading delivery trucks/shuttles, keeping dining room clean, keeping work areas clean according to set guidelines, making sandwiches and keeping the deli coolers and shelves well stocked. TOOLS AND EQUIPMENT: Restaurant kitchen and dining equipment plus cash register, credit card terminal, telephone. NATURE AND SOURCE OF SUPERVISION: Receives working direction from the (JVC) Manager, and Assistant Manager in Manager's absence. |

| KEY JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES: • Promotes the spirit and intent of Guest Services Hospitality Standards. • Kitchen safety and sanitation. • Assist in all positions during staffing shortages or during periods of peak business. • Maintain very high health and sanitation standards in accordance with GSI, NPS and Health Department guidelines. • Performs such other related duties as directed or required. |
Qualifications: |
| PREREQUISITES: Education: High School or equivalent. PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS: Must have current Washington State food handler's card. PERSONAL QUALITIES AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Must be able to speak clearly and listen attentively to guests, supervisors and employees. Must be able to write legibly as well as read and understand directions and instructions. Appearance must be in compliance with company guidelines; must provide company approved slip resistant shoes. Will be required to perform diverse physical tasks. Must be able to stoop, bend, grasp, kneel, handle, reach and squat. Extensive walking and stair climbing. Good physical energy, stamina, and agility. Must withstand exposure to wet floors. Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds periodically. Must be service and safety oriented. Must possess a sense of awareness, timelines, urgency, humor, and common sense. Must be able to adapt to the isolation of park life. |
