| Join our staff of professionals working in a beautiful corner of Central Oregon's high desert. Qualified candidate will be elgible for resort privileges such as free golf, warm springs pool/recreation, retail discounts etc. |
Duties: |
| Prepares mixed drinks and pours wine and beer practicing prudent portion control. Serves food and beverages to guests, ensures customer satisfaction, and encourages repeat business. Maintains proper and adequate set-up of the lounge on a daily basis. Prepares food as needed. Keeps lounge in a clean and tidy condition while practicing accepted and proper sanitation procedures. Ensures all items ordered and delivered to guest are properly billed. Solicits guest to return to facility. Performs standard side work and special side work as requested. Participates in department and resort training programs. Shift varies and must be able to work nights, weekends and Holidays. |
Qualifications: |
| High School Diploma or GED. OLCC License. Food Handlers Card. Must be able to read and comprehend written instructions in English; be able to handle multiple priorities and tasks; have excellent organizational, verbal, interpersonal, and customer relation skills; and have an excellent service approach when dealing with guests. One year bartending experience preferred. Minimum age 21. |
