The essential role of the Guest Services Manager is to oversee the staff and operations of the Front Desk, PBX, Bell, Valet, and Concierge departments to ensure efficient and professional service to all resort guests. Looking for candidates with exceptional leadership skills who are service oriented and have good computer skills.

Duties: |
To hire, train, schedule, support, review, and discipline employees in the Front Office area and to ensure that all staff members maintain the highest possible levels of employee morale and department productivity.
To ensure the proper handling of guest check-ins and check-outs by Front Desk, including welcoming guests, establishing credit, accurately completing all necessary paperwork and ensuring guest satisfaction with rooms and other arrangements. |
Qualifications: |
Must have at least two years in a similar position. Four year college degree preferred.
Supervisory experience required. Excellent communication skills, including guest relations, telephone & interpersonal skills. Ability to lead, manage & motivate guest service employees.
Proficient computer skills, detail oriented, customer service focused and have a flexible schedule.
