Duties: |
| Duties entail answering inbound golf tee time calls in a timely manner, informing callers of the unique characteristics and current physical conditions of JC Resorts golf courses. To provide accurate information and strictly adhering to sales techniques or strategies as directed. |
Qualifications: |
Must have minimum one year customer service or sales experience. Must be computer literate and display knowledge of currently accepted business telephone etiquette. Previous inbound or outbound call center experience preferred. Golfers / golf experience preferred.
Sales ability, attention to detail, guest service focus, organized and self motivated.
