Description: |
| Responsible for the general repair and maintenance of the hotel property |
Duties: |
Performs general repairs and maintenance as required
Responds to trouble calls as reported by other departments
Keeps maintenance shop organized and takes care of tools and equipment
Assists in other areas based on trade knowledge (i.e. plumbing, electrical, HVAC)
Performs all work in accordance with established safety procedures
Maintains and ensures compliance of all policies and procedures

Qualifications: |
| High school diploma; 2 years of general maintenance experience preferred |
