| Distributes full and empty bottles from liquor room to all bars throughout the property. Conduct inventory on a weekly basis. Keep liquor room - store room clean and free of debris. Dispose properly of all waste |
Duties: |
Assists Liquor Room Controller in getting champagne and wine for guest orders
Assists Liquor Room Controller and Bar Backs in maintaining all liquor pars by communicating when levels are low
Assists in maintaining the cleanliness of liquor room and surrounding areas
Assists Liquor Room Controller in labeling and scanning all liquor into inventory
Assists in bottle shredding and disposal of full receptacle
Breaks down and disposes of all cardboard boxes
Assists Liquor Room Controller in performing bar audits daily, weekly and monthly
Maintains and ensures compliance of all policies and procedures

Qualifications: |
| 21 years old; 2 years of related experience; High school diploma preferred |
