Duties: |
| Greet guests and park visitors, providing necessary information and services. Take reservations, changes and cancellations of lodging. Complete guest check-in and checkout procedures. Complete shift report and reconciliation of cash drawer. Assist in updating room status, maintenance requests and lost-and-found log. Provide information on surrounding areas, history and State Park Service activities. Performs other such realated duties as directed or required. |
Qualifications: |
Six (6) months or more of similar job experience.
Must be able to speak clearly and listen attentively. Must be able to write legibly as well as read and understand directions and instructions. Appearance must be in compliance with company guidelines.
Must be able to stoop, bend, grasp, and perform repetitive motions. Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.
Must be service and safety oriented. Must possess a sense of awareness, timelines, urgency, humor, and common sense. Must be able to adapt to isolation of State Park Life. |
