We are seeking a full-time Assistant Director of Human Resources. The AHRD will support the Regional HRD & HR team in providing exceptional human resources support to The Rancho Bernardo Inn, Scripps Inn, Temecula Creek Inn and JC Golf. This is a generalist role with an emphasis on workers compensation and safety. |

A minimum of 5+ yrs HR management experience, BA degree is required, Billingual (English & Spanish) is a plus, Hospitality HR experienced required.
