To lead a team of agents in an effort to asssit guests with check in/out process.
Duties:
Candidate will assist in the check in/out guest process. Handle guests requests while maintaining Saddlebrook standards of service and quality. Must be able to work Flexible Schedule: (ability to work 7am - 11pm and on Weekends and Holidays
Qualifications:
Ideal candidate must meet the following:
* Guest Service experience
* Good personality and demeanor
* Good communication skills
* Ability to give direction to agents
* Ability to handle guest issues in a professional demeanor
*Previous Hotel Front Office supervisory experience is strongly preferred
