Description: |
1. Check guests in and out accurately and efficiently.
2. Must show a high level of hospitality and professionalism.
3. Ensure prompt and courteous service to guests and ensure all guest experiences exceed expectations. |
Duties: |
1. Use computers and other front desk equipment i.e. PMS system, credit card processing, key programming, etc.
2. Check guests in and out.
3. Update information in the computer system as needed (i.e., post charges, transfer balances etc.)
4. Communicate with other departments to fulfill guest needs.
5. Accurately answer phones and make reservations.
6. Maintain a high level of security for guests.
7. Ensure that all guest charges have been balanced and run appropriate reports. |
Qualifications: |
1. Prior hotel front desk experience required.
2. Prior cash handling experience helpful.
3. Ability to read, write and speak English fluently.
4. Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other team members. |
