Rancho Bernardo Inn Golf Resort & Spa is a Legendary Southern California Golf Resort and Conference Center specializing in providing Guests with the Perfect Guest Experience. We are currently looking for a Bartender to join our team at the newly renovated Veranda Fireside Lounge & Restaurant.
Position is located at the Rancho Bernardo Inn. Shifts will be both AM and PM.

Duties: |
The essential function of the Bartender is to prepare and serve beverages for restaurant and banquet guests.

Qualifications: |
Must know fundamentals of beverage mixing, inventory and pars, glass types and usage, as well as a large knowledge of drink recipes.
Must be customer service oriented, outgoing, hard working and motivated. A team player.
The ability to read, write and speak basic english is required to communicate with guests.
Prior bartending experience in a hotel environment (with restaurant, room service, bar and lounge) is preferred.
