Description: |
•Delivers an enthusiastic, professional greeting to guests upon arrival and departure
•Ensures area around entrances is clean, safe and secure
•Builds relationships with patrons that add to the guest experience
•Maintains and ensures compliance of all policies and procedures
•Investigates all guests and staff complaints and observations
•To serve as a link between the rest of the management team and the staff
•In charge of maintaining and updating the files of the Safety & Risk Management Department
•Ensures the lost & found is updated on a daily basis. This includes keeping the logbook up to date and making sure that the items held are in place
•Ensures that the department’s equipment is maintained, in good working order, and makes the necessary arrangements for repairs when needed
•In charge of maintaining a confidential trend-file of any and all associate's involved in reported losses, theft and/or fraud
•Makes unannounced spot checks on staff performance at varying times and days
•Reports and notify management with regards to incidents involving guests or patrons

Qualifications: |
MUST BE ABLE TO WORK A FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE
•18 years of age, High school diploma preferred
• 2 years previous Safety & Risk Management experience - REQUIRED
•Good oral and written communication skills
•Basic knowledge of word processors and windows based software programs
•Basic First Aid/CPR certified
•State certified and licensed preferred
•Ability to work in a team environment
•Ability to verbally communicate and take direction
•Ability to multi task in high volume and fast paced work environment
•Ability to remain calm in high stress situations
•Strong attention to detail required
